VAPOUR STEAM CLEANING

Vapour steam cleaning has originated in Italy and uses true steam, like its progenitor, the cappuccino machine. Vapour steam cleaning sanitizes, deep cleans, and deodorizes in one easy operation without using the chemicals found in supermarket cleaning materials. Of particular interest to allergy sufferers is the fact that the heat of the steam penetrates the pores of any material being cleaned, so that the dry steam instantly kills dust mites, bacteria, viruses, molds, and fungi. The air around the house immediately becomes fresh.

Since no cleaning fluids are used in the vapour steam cleaning process, just the tap water, it makes it the most ecologically friendly and the most effective cleaning system. It is the lack of chemicals that makes it particularly attractive as a cleaning method for allergy sufferers. Dry vapour steam cleaning machines produce both a high temperature, and a low moisture vapour. The vapour steam contains only 5% to 6% water, surprisingly less moisture than in the air we breathe. Killing of dust mites and sanitizing bedding, upholstery, carpets, clothing. Dust mites, bacteria, viruses, fleas, and eggs are killed without the use of any toxic chemicals. Bactericidal power of "dry" vapour steamer is due only to the application of extremely high temperatures.

Killing of mold spores in bathrooms, basements, window encasement, other damp areas where mold spores flourish. We have found that this is huge advantage of vapour steam cleaning.

Ceramic tile floors, marble tile, smooth concrete quarry tile for dirt and wax removal and grout cleaning. Vents, returns and ductwork entries, which often accumulate tremendous dirt, pet hair, dust and allergens. Floors are dry quicker. Dirt and soil is removed, rather than spread evenly over a surface. The Steamer freshens and deodorizes carpets, rugs and mats -- removes spots from spills, pet urine, raise and separate carpet nap -- remove musty odours, kill mold and mildew. Tile grout stays bright and clear because dirt laden mop water doesn't settle in the grout valleys.

Furniture: heat cleans and sanitizes upholstered furniture without overwetting it so the couches can dry very fast -- in less than 15 minutes. The vapour system can even remove the residue left over from old cleaning chemicals, as well as all the finger stains and dirty spots.

Kitchen: the baked on grime and grease of stovetops and oven hoods and interiors.

Bathroom and kitchen sinks, faucets. Using a wire brush attachment, the grout surrounding sinks is cleaned. Toilet interiors, shower curtains, shower stall doors -- all the areas of the bathroom which harbour bacteria, germs, viruses, mold, and odours.
